A steel guide rod adds mass and rigidity under the barrel compared with CZ's factory polymer or aluminium part, on both the 75-family steel pistols and the polymer P-10 series. The added weight can reduce muzzle flip, and a solid metal rod tracks the recoil spring more consistently over thousands of cycles.
Length and diameter are specific to the model — a 75-family guide rod will not fit a P-10, and vice versa. Always confirm the exact fit on the individual product page before ordering.
